No. We directly manage the work 24/7, and all personnel are BrowMac personnel. All uniforms, equipment, and technology are owned by BrowMac.

Yes. In fact, we’ve started some new locations in under 24hrs. And we're grateful to share that many of our team members refer their own friends and family to work with. 

Yes. From full time caretakers, to our popular dynamic on-call FlexTaker™ program where stratas can enjoy full time support at part time rates. Plus, we have professional trades ready to help, or we can help existing trades a council or property management may prefer for ancillary and emergency services. 

No. We focus on common area, or strata owned portions to serve. The only exception is the strata guest suite owned and managed by the strata corporation. 

How does about an hour sound? Yes! We can start new locations with emergency services and then unpack and redeploy for a routine schedule all within an hour. 

Yes. We're insured for $5M Commercial Liability Insurance coverage to ensure people and properties are always protected. 

Yes. For a modest fee we offer detailed caretaking reports on items like water and electricity use, waste diversion and collection, and overall sustainability and money saving opportunities for those who want to track and measure service impact.  

Yes. Over the years we've found this to be a good option when councils want to avoid labour management while retaining a familiar face. It also frees up costs and time to focus on core responsibilities. Our teams will hire and re-train familiar faces with potential. Plus, we’ll encourage upskilling which can help people grow and realize future opportunities.
